We were briefed to create a campaign that underlines Bedfords established position in the property sector. We wanted to project their experience, knowledge and expertise whilst educating the audience about the current market. The image of an owl gave us many visual connections such as wisdom, intelligence, territory and sets the East Anglian scene. Combined with clever and concise copy four adverts were developed, tight scheduling ensured a successful campaign through regional press and national magazines such as Country Life.
