To support the new web site we designed and built the client wanted to target their available marketing resources at the most receptive audience. We designed a regular newsletter which would pick up on the most interesting developments within their business and drive traffic through hot links to further information on their new web site. Previously they had been unable to effectively follow up the large number of contacts in their direct mail and e-mail campaigns due to the volume. The analytics available through our system ensured that they concentrated on the people who had viewed specific information and this knowledge also provided a positive response from the audience.
